This project was with a client in Victoria who we worked closely with to identify the key elements which they needed to change to achieve ‘success’.
It included:

- Developing an appropriate marketing strategy with a road map and management techniques to make it happen.
- Strategic Human Resource’s
- Appraising the pattern of planned human resource deployments and activities intended to enable an organisation to achieve its goals.
- Strategic Finance
- Financial management which considered the strategic goals of their enterprise and focused on long-term success.
